Updated again. make transparent tile. per vertex lighting, room lighting,
quad lighting, vertex attributes such as underwater light modulation,
water surface, quicksand surface. Lara intensity. RGB values substituted
for intensities.
Also placed my test 'level' (few rooms) up for laughs.
