TB, If someone could deform the tiger into a rhino...
a good idea; has it been tried?

not knowing how TR games do it; I do know that in a
game such as Quake(UnReal,etc), if you can get your
hands on the "baseframe" .3ds model
of an animation sequence & change it; the sequence will
play it..(are these the "baseframes"? Y or N?

if the only stipulation in TR is that the new "baseframe"
needs to be the same number of vertices,meshes, etc...
that's easy enough,TRviewer counts them for you.

however, I can not extract a model from the TRviewer
all at once(how do you do this?) only the meshes, one by one..
which is not good,it's not accurate enough.

so, if someone would "send me a TR Tiger" I'll
make a Rhino out of it...(in Rhino3D) ...deal?

incidently, rather than "UV map" models, I spraypaint directly
onto them w/ the QuakeMe model editor(yes, it does the .3ds
file format; surprised?)so, I'd paint it, save the Rhino skin
and add them back over
the Tiger.bmps w/ Jack & Photoshop
