oh I remembered those films well, although I had to watch the German version.
As you might know, the Germans got the idea of doing the same with that series
that some other people did with 'The Persuaders'(a criminal series starring
R. Moore and Tony Curtis) back in the seventies. This series was also a flop in
both GB and USA but German TV stations had bought it already. So they started
to remaster the sync tapes and what came out was really great entertainment. No
more boring dialogues in stiff upperclass British and New York Bronx chewing
gum slang, but lots of humor, jokes and allusions to other films More or Curtis
did.
And - back to our subject - this might be our chance. We might get the
possibility to change the look of those parts of TR4 (and obviously TR5)
that we detest - as Bitshifter said already - even good ole droopy-eye.
What I dislike about TR3 are the textures. Donīt ask me why, something in my
mind tells me that they donīt cope w/ Lara. I started to rebuild the texture set for the nevada.tr2 some time ago (exactly when Stefanīs Jack got the TR3 option). I stopped that when first TREditor arrived.
So, if TRViewer or Texture Assign should be able to change Laraīs Textures in
TR4 maybe you could give Lara the look that she deserves.
