Agree with mostly all - although feel roger moore injected something good to JB - humour, lasenby could have been nearly as good as connery, pierce is reviving the series BUT whatsisname (forgot for mo!) damn near killed JB off since he was TR4 for JB, very flat and simply playing through the levels, no excitement or innovation to speak of - sure better visuals, but nothing to keep you interested.
Disagree with the below though. YIJ is currently one of the top selling video serials - poss because the episodes have been remastered to make a set of 2hr standalone movies. also, there are ten 2hr vids which means 20 1hr episodes, since a season is 13 episodes, Id say it managed more than a season - but thats just being picky cause Im a fan ;-)
