Description
Returns a clumps current light sampling rate.
Arguments
clump Clump of interest
Comments
When a clump is created by default its sampling rate is set to 1.0. This means light sampling occurs when ever required for every rendering. A setting of 0.0 means that the clump is never relit after its first rendering.
