Ok, so I will re-download it: viewing one room at a time is not very interesting for the time being (but it will when editing-time come !).

Unlike the others (Jean-Luc / TPascal), I could make it work, maybe because I have a recently installed W98 (no dev. tools installed on it for eg, so no old vb runtime dll). I found it interesting, it looks promising for a future editor. Something I wonder if it have to be in such an editor is the texture editor: I think it's way easier to import a texture when it comes to create a new one, or export a current one, modify it in a paint program and then reimport it. So, we should have tools to import/export/replace some part of a texture, but maybe the edition of the texture is not useful. Just my point of view.
But there's already lots of work on your project, I'm currently not so far: I have yet to work hard :)
