What this program does is replacing the opengl32.dll and some other opengl libraries in the \system directory with the opengl32.dll (and other files) with the ones for your 3d card. Every program that worked with the software OpenGl works guaranteed with the accelerated ones. Programs like rview, trviewer, trueview use OpenGl and after installing GlSetup, will use your 3D card (very much cards are supported, look at www.glsetup.com for info on this) for rendering.
Tomb Raider 1 (the game itself; not the viewers/editors)
doesn't use opengl and won't render with your tnt2 card.
If there comes a OpenGl patch (maybe ones) for Tomb Raider1
and you have installed GlSetup, you can use your tnt2 card.
But now, to answer your question, it won't.
